The Electronic Integrated Arts MFA is a 60-credit,
two year full-time program. This program considers
art-making in a broad, cross-disciplinary structure,
and will successfully integrate emerging electronic
technologies with an already strong curriculum
in painting, printmaking, photography, and
video.
Each accepted student will receive a full tuition
waiver and a graduate teaching assistantship/fellowship.
The Electronic Arts studio facilities are located
in the John Wood Studios of Harder Hall.
They are comprised of painting and drawing
studios, and the electronic arts and imaging
labs. These facilities currently exceed 25,000
square feet, and were completely renovated in
1995, meeting or exceeding State health and
safety standards. Students have individual studio
spaces, and use of all other 2-D area labs,
studios, and equipment. The facilities of this
division are accessible to both graduate and
undergraduate students, encouraging and active
exchange of ideas and the opportunity to view
the work of students at all levels.
