Each graduate student has a private studio
and 24 hr. access to all facilities.
Electronic Integrated Arts
The MFA Electronic Integrated Arts is a new
graduate program offered at the School of Art & Design
at Alfred University. This program of interdisciplinary
study is committed to expanding the shared
boundaries between traditional and new art

The MFA Sculpture Program has two options
of study, Sculpture (non media specific) or
Glass Sculpture. The department's seven fullt-time
faculty are committed to providing an atmosphere
where students are encouraged to exploit the
limits of their potential.
The MFA Ceramic Art has been offered since 1943.
Today, this program is ranked number one by
US News and World Report. The program has six
full-time faculty: Anne Currier, Andrea Gill,
John Gill, Linda Sikora, Wayne Higby and Walter
McConnell. Students have access to fully equipped
facilities in ceramics, including an extensive
glaze lab for graduate students.
